• Regular Appointment Hours:
    • Monday – Friday from 7 am to 5 pm
  • After-hours Acute Care:
    • Monday – Friday from 5 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays 8 am to 2 pm.
    • Walk-ins are welcome only during acute care hours.  Please note acute services are for minor illnesses only. If you are experiencing medical emergency, visit an Emergency Room or call 9-1-1 for help immediately.
  • For Prescription Refills:
    • For most prescription refills, it is NOT necessary to call your provider.
      • If you are within 5 to 7 days of running out of your medication, please contact your pharmacy directly to request a refill.
      • If you are out of refills, you should also contact your pharmacy directly. They will contact your provider if necessary and can refill your prescription.
      • Prescription refills will only be authorized during business hours, and may take up to 72 hours to process.
      • Controlled substances (e.g., narcotic pain medication) will not be called in after regular business hours or on weekends.
      • Please do NOT request prescription refills on the patient portal. Calling your pharmacy is the fastest and most effective way of obtaining refills.
